ZINSER MCC 20 The ZINSER MCC 20 is our latest cutting software that offers easy operation and a wide range of functions. With this software you can import DWG and DXF files and choose from over 140 standard figures. The MCC 20 enables automatic nesting, drilling with ZINSER Hole technology, as well as the use of a calculation module and an extensive database.

FXE TTO lifting magnet trusses are used to remove large areas from laser or flame cutting tables. Parts from 100x100mm are removed from the table in their entire layer. Depending on the material thickness, whole sheets can also be placed with the FXE-TTO. The design of the system depends on the sheet format to be moved (uncut, LxWxH) and the dimension of the smallest blank.

Suitable for materials with a strength of up to approx. 1000 N/mm². Product features: -Extreme accuracy for your machining -The clamping force is generated via the pressure from a hydraulic unit with a hydraulic clamping stroke of up to 4.5 mm -The clamping force is steplessly adjusted by regulating the hydraulic pressure on the hydraulic unit. A hand crank is provided for coarse adjustment of the clamping range -The spindle contains a single-acting hydraulic piston and an additional Belleville spring assembly
