Organic shredded coconut or desiccated coconut is made from the white flesh of coconuts, also called copra. After desiccation, it can be crushed further into fine grade, medium grade or large grade flakes.

Organic Coconut chips are made from the white flesh of coconuts. The flesh is dehydrated then crushed into fine pieces which are then sun dried for 48 hours. Coconut chips contain healthy fats such as lauric acid, fiber and protein. Coconut chips are longer, wider pieces of coconut unlike what you’ll find in a bag of traditional shredded coconut. The texture is more similar to that of a potato chip than the chewy strands of most shredded, untoasted coconut. There is no added sugar, so no reason to feel guilty while snacking on these delicious coconut chips

Large amounts of bushy turnings can be added and processed directly (i.e. from cart dumpers). The shredder with vertical cutters(normal or fine) is especially suitable for crushing tough materials and is fitted with an automatic large part ejector.

They are circular free vibrating machines capable of working on coarse pieces and at high capacity. Generally used for the separation of fine materials before crushing, the first level is set up with bars and the second, if any, with mesh or perforated plate.
