Helapet offers unrivalled quality in the design and manufacture of our inline disc filters, both as off-the-shelf products or custom made specials. We supply filters for OEM and end-user applications in a wide range of markets including pharmaceutical, environmental monitoring, print, food and drink and electronics. Our Vari-Disk® Service allows clients to select from a wide range of filter media, inlet/outlet connectors and housing sizes to best suit individual filtration requirements. Compliant to ISO 13485:2013, our membrane disc filters are in-house manufactured using the latest injection moulding and ultrasonic welding technology to deliver a top-quality product. All Helapet filters are tested before despatch and supplied with full lot traceability and certification.

The water to be filtered enters via the inlet connector tangentially to the cylindrical body, it falls on the acceleration cone and increases more and more speed - The centrifugal force that is created by separating 'water the suspended solids with higher specific weight . A separation occurred the filtered water is conveyed into the outlet manifolds, while the impurities descend into the collecting tank where, special deflectors shall reset the speed preventing the ascent. The contaminant is removed drenandolo continuously or in time through the discharge valve. VISTA PRO Full mask VISTA PRO ® The new full mask serie VISTA PRO ® is characterized by its great variety and takes account of highest breathing protection. A modern succeeded construction with wide, very good closing of two sealing edges. The smooth and yet robust rubber body adapts itself comfortably to every shape of face. Firstly, the construction of a full mask provides a truly distortion-free field of vision. Even with regard to straps a new position has been chosen. Unlike with the usual full mask, the head straps are not fixed it selves to mask body, but fixed to frame of vision field. All known device connections are available. Consequently, the complete range is from simple filter apparatus with double filter connector (Vista-pro DUPLA), up to flame-resistant breathing connecter with plug-connection for high-pressure technology.
