Depending on application, we can make the overprint in 8 colours. We offer complete preparation of overprint, consultancy, designs and matrixes. Packages produced that way are adjusted to individual Customer needs and requirements.

The 23um thick PET film is coated with our unique SHIELD SR release coating, which add gloss and protection to your prints. The SR version is designed as an all-rounder, combining good resistance against cremes, water and mechanical damage. The standard core size is a 6'' core with a film length of 3000m per roll. Our instant-peel film for DTF (Direct to Film) printing is your best bet for a safe and easy process. It comes with many layers of coating which guarantee a great ink uptake and an easy release. Furthermore, the transfer film leaves you to choose in-between a quick hot peel straight after pressing or to peel it cold. The anti-static feature of this film makes sure that no hot-melt powder particle sticks to the unprinted area, giving you a clean transfer result. Additionally, the film is matt on both sides so that the print won't stick to the film once rolled up and to make sure, that it can be processed perfectly in your DTF printer and transfer press.

Suitable for all types of neutral or printed film (preferably with antistatic treatment) or tubular polyethylene with thickness from 0.06 mm to 0.13 mm or tubular polypropylene with from 0.03 mm to 0.05 mm thick, and cartene normal or high density. Furthermore, with the FP BAG EVO it is also possible to use expanded polyethylene (FOAM) in tubular reel with a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm. It can use reels with a width of 80-300 or 100-500 mm without disassembly of parts or changing settings. The packaging machine automatically perform the forming of the bag with the upper opening. The filling of the bag and the subsequent closing can be done manually by an operator who starts the cycle of the machine through a button, or automatically by means of feeders, manipulators, weighers. The reel change takes a maximum of thirty seconds. The machine cycle time for the preparation of a bag 200 mm long is about four seconds.

With spot or fluorescent colors, you can run these inks in 2, 3 and 4 head printers to increase your color gamut or add special effects.
