Fibreglass profiles - Import export

The new Deichman Main Library, which opened in 2020, stands right beside the Norwegian Opera House in Oslo. Now complete, the library is a paragon of energy efficiency and low greenhouse gas emissions. We are delighted to have contributed towards the success of this project. Some of the extralarge, solid window frontage profiles on the sixstorey building were manufactured using modern machinery at TechnoComposites Domine GmbH. At approx. 0.5 metres thick and featuring several hollow chambers, these façade element profiles are clearly visible on the building.

GRP railings meet requirements for high mechanical stability and are also resistant to many chemicals and corrosion. They do not conduct electricity and are easy to assemble. Our GRP railings meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14122. We can provide testable static analysis for your GRP railings from an independent engineering firm. If your GRP railings require a more complicated design, we can also provide a finite element calculation to verify their operational capability.

The dark-ride consist of enclosed pavilion where automatically operated vehicles (multi-passengers) runs along apposite rail across "scaring" scene with animations and sound effects. Each car have a capacity of 2 passengers and is equipped with restraint lap-bars to hold passengers inside vehicles during operation.This Dark-Ride vehicle is designed to be operated on a multi-level. The vehicle consist of a painted steel chassis, surrounded by bumper profile, and painted fiberglass body. The driving unit consist of DC gear-motor connected to the rear axle's wheels. The vehicle is supported by front trolley and two rear wheels (inflated tyres).

This Dark-Ride vehicle ìs designed to be operated on a single-level ride with flat surface.The vehicle consist of a painted steel chassis, surrounded by bumper profile, and painted fiberglass body. The driving unit consist of AC gear-motor connected to driving wheels "cllmbing" along the track. The electric motor is controlled by Frequency Drive programmed with pre-set operational speeds. The vehicle is supported by fours swivel castor wheels.

Gates are made of profiles, fibreglass gratings and stainless steel accessories. The swing leaves size can be adapted to customer needs. Gates are available in the following versions: • gates for driveways with two swing leaves and manual closing - CE marked • pedestrian gates with one swing leaf and manual closing FRP gates for driveways bear the CE marking in compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011. Tested in accordance with UNI EN 13241-1 standard.

Fences are made with fibreglass gratings and profiles and are mostly suited for use in areas where electrical isolation, resistance to chemical or atmospheric agents are required. They are also an excellent solution for the airport sector for their non-magnetic and radiolucency properties. Standard colours are grey or green, but on request they can be supplied in different colours. On request the top extension arm is also available.

Corner profiles made of PVC, with fiberglass mesh, are used to provide rigidity, protection and aesthetics to the outer corners of surfaces finished with various types of plaster. Perforated PVC corner with plaster mesh for leveling and strengthening corner walls covered with plaster, and is also used for cladding internal structures and structures. It is installed under putty and plaster. An aluminum corner with a mesh ensures the creation of external corners with regular geometric shapes, and also protects against mechanical damage.
