We produce flexible and rigid versions of our copper connections. Which connection would you like us to create for you? Flexible braids made from round or flat copper conductors are the optimum solution to link electrical connections subject to mechanical vibration. Different conductor cross-sections with tinned ends or crimped and punched ferrules, with insulation or bare: our customers determine the composition of our huge variety of products. At MACK we also produce rigid connections made of solid copper precisely to your specifications. Precision-made and with exact forms and curves, they fit perfectly into the respective installation position. And it goes without saying that even here we can create partially insulated solutions.

Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

Technical information Electropneumatic driven, easily adaptable crimpmodule for processing of loose Z+F ferrules integrated in fully automatic machines. In the range of 0.5 to 10 mm² (AWG 20 – 8) wires and ferrules can be crimped. Standard is the trapezoidal crimp corresponding to DIN 46228 part 4. The machine can optionally be adapted to other crimpforms. Adjustments, important data, functions and status will be programed and shown on the touch display. Universal use in the specified range without tool change. I/O interface enables easy integration and time-optimized function in fully automatic systems.

Technical information The Crimper-LS is an electropneumatic and flexible benchtop crimper for loose insulated Z+F ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 – 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) and crimping length from 6 – 12 mm. Additional tool kits are available optional for 0.34/4 mm² (AWG 22/12). The machine is characterized through a short cycle time and an easy tool change. A stripped wire can be fed in the ferrule directly. The crimping process is started by a footswitch.

For Z+F ferrules and integration in fully automatic machines Technical information The electropneumatic driven, easily adaptable crimp modules CM-AEH are specifically designed for Z+F ferrules. They can be integrated in fully automatic machines. Wires and ferrules can be crimped in the range of 0.34 up to 4 mm2 (AWG 22 – 12). Atrapezoidal crimp (CM AEH-G) or quadro crimp (CM AEH-LS) corresponding to DIN46228 part 4 are available. The machines can universally be used in the specified range. Using this model, you can easily crimp up to 12" industrial hoses (depending on the fitting). With long master dies you are able to crimp even long ferrules and sleeves. Quick die change plungers allow for quick die changes even for the larger diameter dies. The fixed six o'clock die eliminates the need to jog the machine to position the assembly for crimping, just lay it on the bottom die and close to crimp.
