Programmable stepper motor controller SMSD‑4.2RS is a modified and updated version of previous old models SMSD‑4.2RS-232 and SMSD‑4.2RS‑485. SMSD‑4.2RS provides both communication interfaces RS‑232 and RS‑485. Update frame is designed to be mounted on a standard DIN rail. Programmable controller SMSD‑4.2RS is intended for control of step motors with phase current up 4.2 A. The controller allows to control (adjust) direction, speed and acceleration of motor, can be programmed and operate as a standalone unit or can be controlled by an external device (PC, PLC). Microstepping mode: 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/16

The SMD‑4.2DIN ver.2 driver is designed to control two and four-phase hybrid stepper motors with a phase current of up to 4.2A. The unit provides for mounting on a DIN rail, which is convenient for placing it in a production environment. Due to its advanced design, the SMD‑4.2DIN ver.2 delivers dynamics that accelerate the stepper motor to over 1000 rpm in a fraction of a second and easily reach operating speeds of over 4000 rpm while maintaining enough torque to perform useful work For stepper motor operation with high inertia load, a connector is provided for connecting an external braking resistor. The SMD‑4.2DIN ver.2 driver provides both pulse position control and analog speed or angle control. BLDC driver BLD‑20DIN is a device designed to control 3‑phase DC motors with Hall sensors. BLD‑20DIN controls motor speed, acceleration and deceleration, direction. The design of the driver includes internal braking resistor for recuperative energy consumption during deceleration of inertial loads. BLD‑20DIN is designed for DIN rail mounting. BLD‑20DIN has inputs for external signals (clean contact): - signal START/STOP for start and stop of the motor motion - signal DIR for control of rotation direction - alarm stop signal Speed control: - to adjust motion speed there is an internal potentiometer and inputs for connection of an external potentiometer. Analog voltage signal 0..5VDC also can be used for speed regulation.
