Height adjustable monitor support arms – easy manual height adjustment and positioning The twin and telescopic support arms are now both available in a height adjustable version. Mounted on a vertical holder, the support arms can be manually adjusted over a range of 400 mm. By simply pulling out and holding the fixing bolt, the support arm can be freely moved to the required height. On release, the fixing bolt then locks the support arm in the selected position. The height adjustment feature is particularly useful for ergonomic workstations.

Monitor swivel arms for ergonomic workstation design The monitor mountings from RK Rose+Krieger allow for an optimal view of the monitor or a control panel. The range of action can be increased even further by using a swivel arm. This may be useful for carrying out set-up work on machinery for example, or if the monitor is having a disruptive impact on the working environment. There is also the option of expanding the support arm with two support tubes (twin version) to include a sturdy keyboard tray. The modular design of the RK swivel arm/support arm system allows for varied combination options and helps to adapt workstations to the most ergonomic arrangement.

With the new height-adjustable monitor floor stand, RK Rose+Krieger is expanding its "RK monitor holder" product range to include a robust, ergonomic standing workstation for industry. The work surface and monitor mounting are supported by a stable triple column system and can be adjusted conveniently by hand to the size of the respective user. The three elegant, slim anodised aluminium columns stand on a black, powder-coated base frame which provides space for an industrial PC and accessories. Cables are elegantly routed in the integrated cable duct on the rear column. The light grey coated work surface (0.3 m2) can be adjusted by hand easily thanks to the tieback support. A spring-loaded locking bolt provides reliable latching. The height adjustment stroke is 400 millimetres. This way the workstation can be adjusted individually to the body size of the user. In addition, the height of the monitor can be adjusted separately and thus guarantees optimum workstation ergonomics.

The sewing cabinet is an essential piece of equipment for sewing machines, as it offers a complete solution for organising sewing tools. Equipped with dedicated compartments, the position of this cabinet is under the sewing machine managing the individual workstation. The ergonomic design and anti-thread wheels add practicality and safety. Made of galvanised steel, the drawer unit is equipped with 5 drawers of various heights, designed to hold needles, scissors, spools and cones. The drawers have sliders with a 90% extension and a load capacity of 30 kg. It improves the organisation of the workstation and the department by having quick access to the sewing tools used. The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom, and which can be adjusted to the height of the operator via the height-adjustable foot plate. The observation lens offers a variable viewing angle from 10° – 50°, thus ensuring comfortable working. The closed, laser-proof housing makes the ALW a laser-protected workplace that can be used in a normal production environment without additional safety precautions. The laser system is easy to operate. In addition to configuring via the display, the laser parameters can be adjusted via the patented multifunction footswitch or adapted accordingly during welding. The large doors of the ALW can be opened wide. This facilitates easy loading.
