Epdm sound - Import export

Epdm Sound Barriers are sound insulation materials applied between sponges in areas where high decibel sounds are desired to be stopped. At the same time, vibration damping is quite higher than sponge materials. If direct sound suppression is desired, EPDM heavy lead barrier can be used. EPDM barriers that can be applied together with Acoustic Sponges provide excellent acoustic performance and durability. It is generally used in mechanical spaces or drum rooms to cut very strong sounds.

Tekno Silence is a sound insulation sponge used to prevent sound pollution in sound insulation and isolation applications. Tekno bar (heavy EPDM sound barrier) is laminated between two sound insulation sponges and techno silence is obtained.

Our EPDM type of artificial rubber can be processed in the form of plates, rolls, perforated rolls, stamped and Kiss-Cut stamped products, if desired and in a self-adhesive variant; meets requirements such as water resistance, thermal and noise insulation, energy absorption and fire resistance. Areas of use: automotive industry, white goods, electronics, aviation industry, solar and wind energy, construction, sports equipment, home appliances (HVAC) etc. EPDM rubber, which we use in production process, are most often types of EPDM I, EPDM II, EPDM SW, NR, NBR, CR, EVM (they differ in hardness by m³ and density).
