We are specialized in the production of precision forged parts weighing between 0.001kg and 1kg made of different material. The advantage of precision forged parts is that they can be used mostly in different compounds and without additional mechanical machining. Hot die drop forging is the method in our company – sticks are heated and inserted into the appropriate forging tool.After the forging process, we trim and pierce the semi-finished products to meet many shapes and other requirements. We shape stainless, alloy and carbon steels. In most cases, more complex and larger forgings are further machined.Due to the specificity of precision forgings, we provide the minimum necessary additional machining and thus reduce the machining times.

Our company, which was established in Trabzon in 2012 to provide import‑oriented motorcycle accessories service, started to serve as a motorcycle textile and accessory manufacturer for the first time in Turkey with the investment it made in Yalova in 2019. Swivel motors from this series are generally suitable when program sequences such as acceleration – travel – deceleration in open-loop or closed-loop controlled systems are determined via proportional or servo valves. M60X2 filling system can be combined with our Niches 60 F series or directly with our ALU M60X2 and M60X2 with key threaded caps. It can be used in various sectors, including nautical applications and corrosive environments for which we suggest stainless steel versions. Inspection tank caps male threaded, in plastic material, complete with sealing gasket and fixing flange. We supply two different types of this product: Inspection cap for Ø 124 mm hole Inspection cap for Ø 215 mm hole We can also provide them equipped with safety chain. This product is available in different materials and, on request, we can provide it with vent connection, removable filter or welded to a suitable fixing plate. P3 filler neck is supplied in combined with our P3, PGE and IGP threaded tank caps and it is generally used on tanks of construction and agriculture vehicles, such as earth moving machines and motor mowers, on machines for cleaning and environment and in fuel and oil tanks of special vehicles, such as go-karts and remote controlled model cars. It is available hermetic or ventilated or equipped with a controlled ventilation system through valves. For the optimal operation of the endothermic engine or in case it is required by law or specific regulations, the ASM.CF tank cap can be equipped with unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, the loss of fuel is limited by the valves of controlled ventilation system. The ASM.CF fuel plug can be equipped with a removable filter and/or safety chain or cable. This product particularly lends itself to customizations with writings, company logos and drawings.

M60X2 tank cap with key female threaded, in plastic and steel material, passage diameter 54 mm, complete with sealing gasket. It is available hermetic or ventilated and we can supply it also with fixed code key and equipped with removable filter. For a perfect match, we suggest to combine this cap with our M60X2 threaded filler necks or with our niches 60 F series. M60x2 filling plug is widely used on tanks of industrial and agricultural vehicles, for example on tanks for trucks, agricultural machines, earth-moving machines and on tanks for cleaning machines. D.40 G 1.1/2″ filling plug is also used in hydraulic field, such as on hydraulic power units. For a perfect match, we suggest to combine our threaded cap with our G 1”.1/2 female threaded filler neck. We supply P3 filling plug combined to our P3 threaded filling system, possibly also equipped with safety cable and removable filter.
