Perfect combination Aluminum alloys, for example, have a number of properties – low weight, ease of processing, and high structural strength – which make them ideal for use in automotive construction. However, they are not corrosion- or wearresistant enough for some specialized applications. Surface finishing with a finely-tuned chemical nickel layer adds the perfect final touch to the material: corrosion- and wear-resistance with perfect contouring on the component surface. This process allows companies to significantly reduce the application of chemicals by combining several different measures. These include filter technologies, automatic nickel controllers, or ion exchanger flushing to extend service lives. NORISYNC 4 is our new power management system (PMS) and optimises the generation and use of electricity. Core of the system is the new power management controller NORISYS 4 PMC. It is based on our open automation platform NORISYS 4 that was especially developed to automate marine applications. As a customised solution, NORISYNC 4 efficiently manage the power distribution, load depending start and stops of diesel generators, the load sharing, synchronising the generator set power and also the use of the energy storage system (ESS) of hybrid and fully electric propulsion systems. Thermal oil boilers are used for meeting thermal energy requirement safely and effectively over 300-320°C degree. Thermal oil systems provide to reach higher temperature that heat transfer liquid cannot reach in the atmospheric pressure. The heating surfaces of the hot oil boilers of Eralp Boiler are manufactured in accordance with DIN 4754 and in spiral bent boiler pipes that are nested in a suitable style. There is no stagnant point in the hot oil circulation. Oil speeds are also secured by flow control systems. As Eralp, we can produce steam boilers working with Liquid fuel, Biomass, Gas and Solid fuel. We increase the system efficiency with the economizer to be added to the back of the boiler. We use steel drawn pipes in accordance with EN 10216-2 norm of European origin in our production as a standard. The system is secured with the automation and PLC control systems used. Energy loss is prevented by reducing the thermal bridges in the insulation.
