The EP endurance test benches are used to test various components over a defined cycle for durability, e.g. temperature and pressure cycle tests. A high series quality requires precision and reliability. Operational and endurance tests are necessary in order to be able to demonstrably guarantee high quality. In the form of selection or random sampling tests, components are tested for fatigue and wear by means of load tests, for example under pressure and temperature changes. The tests are used for endurance stress testing of various materials and products with different pressure curves and temperatures. For use in harsh industrial environments, special sensors in particularly robust housings must be used. A water- and oil-tight cable connection is also often required, such as that offered by the M608A11 model. To protect against electromagnetic interference, a housing-insulated sensor construction and special amplifier electronics are used. Interference on the cable is also minimised by using twisted pair cables with additional shielding. We are experienced in test system development for leakage testing, life time testing and end-of-line test stands in the field of gas & hydrogen technology. We also have a network of suppliers and partners who provide key components for leakage measurement, piping, sealing and instrumentation. EOL test stand for e-charging columns and their power electronics for the simulation of different electrical loads and mains fluctuations. The test stand has automatic contacting and achieves high test throughputs in end-of-line operation. Different variants of the power electronics of electric charging columns can be tested. On the software side, Merecs Engineering relies on NI-LabVIEW and NI-TestStand.
