Two-component elastic mortar that protects and waterproofs all types of construction surfaces, concrete or mortar in the presence of water or humidity with a ceramic finish. Its flexibility allows it to cover micro-cracks that form in concrete subjected to deformation. Very high flexibility, high adhesion, waterproof, no shrinkage and excellent workability.

Merbenit PC200 is a shortterm high temperature resistant, fastcuring, elastic sealant and adhesive with especially high and fast strength buildup, even at low temperatures. The high temperature resistance up to 240 °C, allows for the elastic bonding of components which are exposed to shortterm high temperatures in the production procedure or at the end application. Furthermore, Merbenit PC200 is compatible with paints, is adjustable, has great sealing properties and is noncorrosive on surfaces.

Autofrettage is a method for increasing fatigue strength of components for use at high and pulsating pressures. In short, Autofrettage compresses a container’s inner surface, making better use of the material’s structural properties. The process can reduce fatigue concerns in pulsating applications and lets engineers reduce tubing thickness in high-pressure applications without sacrificing strength, life, or safety. The autofrettage method is based on the reciprocal relationship of the plasticized inner zone and the elastically deformed outer zone. The components are placed under so much pressure that their interiors become plastically deformed. After relaxing, pressure stresses are created in these areas, which prevent the outer areas from reforming to their original shape. Instead, it remains stretched. PU MEMBRANE 450 is a one component, easy to apply, specially formulated polyurethane based, elastic, crack bridging membrane. It cures to form a highly elastic, seamless, waterproof coating with excellent crack bridging properties. Its performance is maintained even at low temperatures.
