As KMC Group, we serve to automotive main industry, furniture, domestic appliance, steel goods, decoration, heating & cooling, air conditioning, civil works & steel construction, scaffolding profiles, heated towel rack, solar energy systems, and agricultural irrigation & greenhouse industries by specially produced profiles with MEKO Brand. We continue to our stabilized commercial life for over half century, with annually 150 thousand trade capacity of Carbon Steel, Galvanized, Hot Rolled and pre-painted on demand and following the latest technology in order to serve you better. We maintain our quality perspective by performing physical & chemical tests in our own in house laboratories and R&D center, from raw material to finished products, using EC (Eddy Current), leak proof test, zinc spray coating on welding point and internal deburring processes. Your special cut to length requirements can be done in our computer controlled CNC and multi saw lines.

The welding process is one of the core ways in which we manufacture precision tubes. Our high-quality tubing starts off as a flat strip of metal. The strip is formed into a tube through a series of rollers and the join, also called the seam, is then welded together. Welded Processes Special non-destructive testing methods – including eddy current, ultrasonic and pressure testing - are used to ensure a consistent weld. Just like with seamless manufacturing, welded tubes can be drawn down by plug drawing or sinking. This method can be used to create very long lengths of coiled tube, these can also be measured during coiling using a laser measurement. The main welded tube manufacturing processes used are strip welding and cold drawing, but other important processes in between, or at the end of the drawing process, include Please note that we have a minimum order value of £10,000.

MPW Modular with air-cooled eddy-current brake, particularly for testing smaller electric motors smaller slowly running 1-cylinder engines drive units of e.g. two-wheelers. Essentially, three different types of construction may be distinguished: 1. MPW Modular for combustion engines and electric motors (primarily 1-cylinder combustion engines) 2. MPW Modular for foot-mounted electric motors 3. MPW F for flange-mounted electric motors Special designs, e.g. for foot- as well as flange-mounted electric motors may be offered on request. MPW engine test beds are available in four sizes with different load-carrying capacities (0,5 ... 40 kW).
