The round tubes are manufactured from a coil that is bent and electric resistance welded (ERW). The forming process can be according to EN 10210, which foresees hot forming or cold forming followed by heat treatment, or according to EN 10219, which foresees cold forming without following heat treatments. The finished product is fully killed and welding seam bead is inside and outside trimmed. These products are used to manufacture both welded and bolted structures, in the field of constructions, engineering, industrial constructions, transports, automotive, agricultural machinery and earth moving machinery. The cold finished tubes are particularly suitable for structures at sight or for aesthetical uses, thanks to the surface aspect typical of cold forming. G2 fuel tank cap in galvanised steel and stainless steel material, with external bayonet coupling passage diameter 38 mm and different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic or ventilated. It can be supplied, at your request, equipped with safety chains or cables. This product shall be sold with our external bayonet filling systems passage 38 mm. The G2 fuel tank has several applications in building and agricolture field: on wheel loader, tractor, excavator, earth moving machineries, trucks, garden machines, motor pumps, motor mowers, air spraiers and irrigator machines. We supply P3 filling plug combined to our P3 threaded filling system, possibly also equipped with safety cable and removable filter. It is however possible to obtain the threaded filler neck profile directly from the tank molding.
