The driving unit of the type 20-101-105 is a traction device designed to push or pull transportation trains on overhead monorails with the cross-section profiles of I-155, I140E or 140V. Typical applications include traction of energy trains with electric equipment, dust extraction appliances, cooling systems, etc. that are moved in pace with the coal face advance. The unit can be operated on running monorails made up of rails with the maximum longitudinal load to rail joints of 60 kN. The driving unit are installed in underground mines, in methane and non-methane areas.

The Double station CNC Panel Working Machinery specialized for machining aluminium composite panels. Also called in the market as ACP panels or ACM panels. The machine first grooves and then cuts the aluminium composite panels by using cutter bits using 2 high speed spindle motors, clamps the panels by vacuuming with a vacuum table and vacuuming pump, extracts the swarf coming out from the panel by a dust extraction system. Thanks to the double station working system, it is possible to load 2 different panels with lengths up to 3.200 mm each and while the machine is processing one of the panels, it is possible to load and offload the other panel in the other station. This machine has a 50% increased capacity compared to the single station machines. All axes are moving on linear guides and moved by servo motors with reducers controlled by a real CNC controller.

The user does not need to isolate the table with gaskets like in the old system. The vacuuming is isolated inside the vacuuming system under the table and has a very high clamping force.

The filter housing is made of sturdy steel plate with a reinforcement of structural steel frame. Equipped with inlet and outlet openings for the dusty or filtered air. The inspection cap is used to control the automatic filter and has a flap for access to the built-in filter cartridges. These are made of folded polyester material having a filter area of each of 8 and 14 m². Provided with upper and lower reinforcing rings of plastics material for fastening in the holders. The dust drawer is equipped with wheels, allowing easy extraction during disposal of the dust. CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!

The Proguard Eazi-Zip door is ideal for creating a temporary doorway through polythene walling. Featuring a self-adhesive double zipper, the door affixes to any polythene screening to create a sealable opening. They are perfect for allowing easy access to a dust containment area. The Eazi-Zip door can be installed in a matter of minutes by simply sticking the two zips side by side approximately 1 metre apart then use a knife to cut down the back of the screening material.
