Base material for cold drawing is ASTM A276. UNS S32760 F55 solution annealed material that complies with Condition A. After cold drawing (strain hardening) material meets ASTM A276, UNS 32760 F55 Condition S. Material that meets required impact test requirements will be further designated as variant 'FG', 'FLT', or 'FLT+'

Cast iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, bronze, duplex, super duplex sand casting production is done in our foundry.

Istanbul Dokum is an organization, has flexible production methods enable to cast, iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and bronze in sand molding system in a single foundry. Our foundry, as different from the hundreds of foundries across Turkey and Europe, complex is equipped to supply castings to customers. In our induction furnaces, your orders are casted carefully with our qualified personnel. Casting cleaning is carried out by a separate team within our structure and some parts are subjected to heat treatment in accordance with special demands. We apply heat treatment in order to achieve better mechanical values depending on the end use areas. Sandblasting is done in our 2500x2500x3500(h)mm inner dimensioned sandblasting machine with a single piece capacity of 10 tons.

TRIS supplies tubes of various specifications and steel grades for petrochemical plant construction. TRIS has supplied not only straight tubes but also Seamless Coiled tube with longer length. The seamless coiled tubes have many benefits with reducing welding pointsand minimized the leakage points and helping to reduce the construction period in dramatically. In 2013, TRIS developed the Seamless Coil Tube. Now, TRIS can handle various steel grades such as 904L, C-22, Incoloy825, Super Duplex etc. of Coiled Tube and Straight Tube. The longer length of Nickel alloy coiled tube is usedfor chemical injection, hydraulic control, gas detect line etc. in Oil & Gas industry. In addition to the heat exchanger tubes of TRIS of chemical plant used in severe environmentsprovide the most efficient operation conditions by stable quality control and various Ni alloys.

Our NORSOK-approved Super Duplex alloy 2507 tubes (UNS 32750) are custom-engineered for the most aggressive subsea and downhole oil and gas applications. Advantages include: NORSOK-approval Made to order in specialist non-standard sizes Superior strength and corrosion resistance Short lead times Small batch sizes With 80 years engineering expertise, we specialise in manufacturing corrosion resistant Super Duplex tubes for the increasing hostile temperature and operating environments. Greater Corrosion Resistance Than Standard Duplex Grades Super Duplex stainless like S32750, is a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite (50/50) which has improved strength over ferritic and austenitic steel grades. The main difference is that Super Duplex has a higher molybdenum and chromium content which gives the material greater corrosion resistance than standard duplex grades. Please note that we have a minimum order value of £10,000.

The microstructures inside duplex stainless steels are approximately 50 per cent austenite and 50 per cent ferrite, and consequently duplex products share the physical properties of both ferritic and austenitic grades. Duplex stainless steels are resistant to the cracking caused by chloride stress corrosion in austenitic grades, and have improved resistance to localised corrosion. This family of stainless steels has roughly twice the yield strength of their counterpart austenitic grades . Higher hardness values provide better wear resistance for high precision tubes. Duplex stainless steel tubes have high hardness and wear resistance propertiesDuplex steels are easily welded and formed, similar to austenitic grades. Depending on chromium, nickel and molybdenum content, duplex stainless steels are divided into four main categories: lean duplex, duplex, super duplex and hyper duplex.
