Cast iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, bronze, duplex, super duplex sand casting production is done in our foundry.

Istanbul Dokum is an organization, has flexible production methods enable to cast, iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and bronze in sand molding system in a single foundry. Our foundry, as different from the hundreds of foundries across Turkey and Europe, complex is equipped to supply castings to customers. In our induction furnaces, your orders are casted carefully with our qualified personnel. Casting cleaning is carried out by a separate team within our structure and some parts are subjected to heat treatment in accordance with special demands. We apply heat treatment in order to achieve better mechanical values depending on the end use areas. Sandblasting is done in our 2500x2500x3500(h)mm inner dimensioned sandblasting machine with a single piece capacity of 10 tons.

Stainless steel hollow float balls - with duplex mounting made of AISI 316 - V4A in diameters from 90 - 220mm especially in combination with the float valve series stainless steel Diamond the float for highest demands on material, quality and workmanship. The duplex mounting is innovative and allows the attachment in 2 variants. On external thread and on float rods.

Packaging unit 5 metres with odd number of links. Ending with an inner link at both ends. Connecting links must be ordered separately. Note Europeantype DIN ISO 606 roller chains with curved link plates (ISO No. 06 with straight links). All chains are prestretched. Not lubricated, the chains must be lubricated depending on the application. The stainless steel roller chains offer excellent corrosion protection and good chemical resistance. Douplex stainless steel is a class of steel that combines excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and ease of manufacturing and processing. Despite their high strength, douplex stainless steels exhibit good plasticity and toughness. And in most applications, douplex stainless steels show high corrosion resistance due to their high chromium content, which is advantageous in oxidizing acids. Therefore, duplex stainless steels are often used instead of austenitic stainless steels in many applications in the chemical industry with a greater risk of corrosion.

Special features of the Lipp welding technology are the automated on site construction of above the ground cylindrical tanks made of various grades of duplex steel, stainless steel and black steel. Moreover, the technology also incorporates the post treatment of the weld and a visualized welding monitoring and the technical documentation of the process. Due to the flexible and mobile concept of the equipment, the installation can either be done on greenfield construction sites but also inside buildings or in places with limited access and working space.

S.p.A. has always stood out for its multitechnological capabilities and highperformance manufacturing, efficiently and flexibly carrying out the entire production cycle of each pipe, starting from forging through to the final testing phase and any inherent certification. Thanks to continuous investments in new technologies, M.E.G.A. is able to obtain seamless pipes from a forged bar up to 11,000 mm in length and 1,400 mm in outside diameter. The special machining process enables M.E.G.A. to produce special seamless SMLS pipes as thin as 20mm (depending on the other dimensions) as well as large diameters. Pipes can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and superduplex stainless steel, and can be plated with CRA material (typically UNS N06625 or 316L) to ensure corrosion resistance. DSS and SDSS pipes can be produced to be Norsok M650 compliant.
