The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. The versatile control unit for handling, assembly technology, linear robots The unipos 330 is a universal, modular CNC continuous path control for up to 3 axes (interpolating) in connection with a PLC for controlling most reliable applications for machine construction automation technology, machine tools and special applications. Kendrion offers for its CODESYS-based controllers a library with blocks for motion control functions according to PLCopen for various drive controllers. The Kuhnke Motion Control library provides a wide range of function blocks for parameterization, positioning and diagnostics of the drive. The blocks are simple and intuitive to use and support in all phases of the workflow e.g. during programming, commissioning, diagnostics and maintenance. The motion task in the control system can thus be programmed simply, quickly and thus economically. A drive with only a few lines of code is put into operation via the corresponding visualization templates. The library supports drive controllers from various well-known companies and supplies a wide range of standardized functions. Universal drive control for utmost efficiency MAGSON magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps are extremely efficient by nature. Using the SFU frequency converter for optimum adjustment to changing conditions, this efficiency will increase even more. Thanks to leading-edge control technology, the SFU permanently adjusts the discharge rate to specific requirements. Whenever the rate has to be reduced or the pump has to be operated with changing volume flows, using a frequency converter will save you lots of money. Thus, the power required by a pump running at half speed is only 12% of the original demand. So the system operates with optimum efficiency but saves a lot of energy, especially in part-load operation.

The 2500 KW cooling tower is designed to provide high performance for a minimal unit size. The specially designed drift eliminators reduce drift to 0.002% of flow. When supplied with chilled water, the cooling tower can also be used as a bulk air cooler for applications requiring large air flow. Designed and assembled to Aggreko’s standards. While the conventional drives are dependent on an external controller unit, for the compact drives no additional controller is needed. The complete electrical parts, including the drive controller and encoder, are integrated on the motor board. Programming is done via standard PC using free software. The operation can be done without a PC, the created driving programs are stored in the compact drive and can be accessed via a separate input.
