PAI material considers the most efficient fusible thermoplastic in terms of temperature resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical stress. Its mechanical strength at 205 °C surpasses many engineering plastics at room temperature. BIEGLO offers PAI finished parts of the following types: Torlon® 4203; 4301; 4275; 4435; 4645; 5030 (30% GF); 7130 (30% CF). Each type is best suited for a particular application. Polyamide-imide can be used for a lot of appliations like gears, rollers, plasma chamber hardware and wafer contact fixtures. In addition, PAI material is ideal for high-temperature thermal insulators, burn-in test sockets, valve seats, fasteners, mechanical connections, rollers, labyrinth seals, drive wheels, valve plates, vanes and support gaskets.

The series of RT2A distinguishes by compact design with integrated precision roller bearing and worm drive. The rotary tables are sealed, IP 50 and can be driven in all fitted positions. For the mounting, standard drilling plans and special mounting flange and clamps can be used. Different limit switches are available: Standard: reference impulse, PNP-NC, 2 channel.

The pharmaceutical and biotech industry involves a wide range of mixing tasks, for which precision and consistence are of utmost importance. Particles must be evenly suspended and homogenized in liquids for filling processes. Specific requirements are often placed on the drives, if for example production is carried out under clean room conditions. Gear pumps with magnetic coupling The magnetic coupling is equal to contact-free drive and seal. Magnetic coupling pumps are used if critical media has to be transported. The seal ensures that the pumps work 100% securely and without leaking. The magnetic coupling is particularly ideal for hazardous substances that should not escape into the enviroment. The coupling is hermetically sealed and can be designed with different sensors for monitoring and in different variations and materials. A magnetic coupling is used in combination with a chemical pump by default.

Magnetic coupling is widely used in various fields such as magnetic drive of sealing vacuum of metering pump of polyurethane foamer, magnetic drive of pneumatic ball valve, magnetic drive of stirring reactor, etc. to prevent leakage of raw gas. Magnetic coupling is mostly used in high vacuum, high cleanliness, poisonous, corrosive, or harsh environment to transfer power from the driving shaft to the driven shaft. Because of the use of isolation seal sleeve, dynamic seal into static seal, zero leakage can be achieved.

The СГИ 1200 cylinder head test stand is designed to detect micro cracks and air-tightness of the engine cylinder heads. The stand is equipped with a turntable for rotating the cylinder head in an aqueous solution and detecting tightness defects in different planes. This is a professional stand with pneumatic lifting and lowering of the turntable and electric 360-degree platform rotation drive. The cylinder head is sealed and placed in a heated aqueous solution. Thermal expansion of a heated part allows you to detect microcracks between valve seats, damaged plugs and other places in the cylinder head. Air is supplied through the opening in the cylinder head at a pressure of 4-6 bars. The presence of air bubbles allows you to detect a defective spot in the head.
