Domaine poiron dabin’ history dates back to 1858. six generations of winegrowers have worked hard in order to create a beautiful estate in château thébaud- in the south of brittany in france. now- it is 2 brothers who are keeping this skill alive. laurent and jean-michel poiron joined forces to create poiron dabin. this human-sized domain is a team of 11 highly competent workers taking care of 160 acres. as for laurent and jean-michel- they are multi-functional…being professional- dynamic and different is very important for us. our main product is muscadet sevre et maine sur lie- representing 136 acres. our particularity is our ‘sur lie’ method. we are the only winery to use this method for all our production. we stir the lees at a secret date- according to the moon calendar- during 14 months and we bottle all all our wine in november. our muscadet is fed with antioxidant and its aromas are stable. thus- our wine is better and for a longer time. - Import export
