Low-Cost Humidity and Temperature Probe DKRF4050/DKRF4060 With the DKRF4050 and DKRF4060 Driesen+Kern GmbH well-priced instrument for humidity and temperature. With its G3/8” connection thread the compact cable probe (d=24.5mm, l=46mm) can easily be installed in plants and facilities. Alternatively, an extension for the probe is available with which the probe can be attached to a compression fitting. Two models are available: The DKRF4050 with 2 linear analogie outputs 0...1V/0...5V or 0...10V and the DKRF4060 with a CMOS-UART interface.

The DKRF415 humidity/temperature probe was specifically designed to work in areas with elevated pressure levels and in vacuum. The probe's operating range is 0...100% RH and it tolerates temporary condensation. It delivers accurate readings (up to +/-1.8RH / +/-0.3°C) even when working in compressed air up to 2 bar.

Applications The humidity/temperature probe DKRF400-RSxxx can be easily connected to existing devices and facilities, e. g. to an RS232 input. The output provides a standard ASCII stream with basic protocols which can be controlled through the Windows terminal. The RS485 model can be used to build a network of up to 255 probes and offers several operating odes (polling/streaming etc.).

The DK8040 is a robust and flexible stationary data logger for measuring climate parameters. The inputs can be configured for voltage signals and special sensors such as PT100 temperature probes, soil moisture and humidity sensors or condensation detectors. In additon, connection of sensors for rainfall and solar radiation is also possible. The logger comes in a robust, IP65 splash water protected housing which allows for measurements even under rough conditions, e. g. in the rain or snowfall.

Having a very low energy consumption the humidity loggers can be used for up to a few years without any battery change. While DCXP-RH8 is a 16 channel datalogger for humidity and temperature, whcih means up to 8 combined probes can be connected, the DCXP-RH16 has twice as much chenels ready to connect up to 16 combined humidity and temperature probes. Reasonably Priced and Precise The humidity / temperature probe DKRF400 was designed for applications where cost-efficient, flexible solutions and high accuracy are essential. The probe can operate within a range of 0...100%RH and offers an accuracy of +/-1.8%RH between 20...80%RH. Even in rough conditions beyond this range it provides accurate readings (see data sheet). Regardin temperature, the probe's accuracy is +/-0.3°C at 25°C. Two separate analog outputs each provide a linear signal of 0..1/0..5/0..10VDC or 4..20mA with an optional module.
