The machine automatically begins wrapping and stops. Cut the film manually. Stretch film for wrapping machines: The film commonly used on wrapping machines is 23 microns. The film can also be used in 30 microns, suitable for protecting the pallet contents from sunlight.

Pre-stretch: This type of stretch film goes through a pre-stretch process during production. This means that it is already partially stretched and ready to use right out of the box. Pre-stretched film usually has a specific pre-stretch ratio that makes the packaging process easier and faster. Reduced effort: Thanks to pre-stretch, less physical effort is required to securely hold the load. This reduces operator fatigue and the risk of injury. Reduced Film Requirement: Because pre-stretched film has already been stretched to a certain extent, less film is used than traditional film when packing the same load. Even Wrapping: Pre-stretched stretch film provides a more even and tight wrap around the load, which helps to better protect and secure goods. Time savings: The accelerated packaging process reduces time costs, which is especially important when working with large volumes of cargo.
