Black Unsintered Extruded PTFE Film is engineered with a carbon based PTFE filler to enhance conductivity and facilitate the dissipation of static electricity. It can be used for shielding high temperature wires and cables, wall construction of convoluted hose or when carbon black offers color advantages over other black pigments. Physical properties and conductivity are maximized after sintering. Product Features: • Rugged electronic instrument enclosures, ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards. • Heavy duty, thick wall design with an average wall thickness of .13" (3.3mm). • Also suited for vertical or horizontal mounting of printed circuit boards (using optional P.C. card guides). • Moulded from flame retardant ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of 94V-0). • Interior of each enclosure part is specially masked and sprayed with an RFI/EMI copper conductive coating. • Coating manufacturer specifies an attenuation of more than 75 db from 1 Mhz. to 1 Ghz. • Designed to meet IP54. • Countersunk lid is secured with four M3 x 0.5 - 0.71" (18mm) long, Philips machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings. Perfect for applications with repetitive assembly and disassembly are required. • Stocked in black with matte textured finish.

This face shield consist of Visor bracket of aluminium, View disc of scratchproof acetate- plastic, it is movable (can be folded upwards) and is fixed to helmet Style 300 Elite (manufacturer Scott).

Al foil/PET films consist of aluminium foil and PET film joined by a special adhesive layer. Al foil/PET films are used for shielding and additional transverse waterproofing of cables.
