Sealing Profiles Through application-specific production of rings, frames or fixed lengths, the product is precisely tailored to any purpose. The function of the profile is optimally executed even in the radiuses or corners. We manufacture ready-made profiles in various processes, from cold bonding, film bonding, injection molding to sealing.

We supply various types of SEBS - EPDM / Silicon and EPDM rubber products of the highest quality. SEBS is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with hardnesses between 20 and 85 shore A. They are also called technical rubbers, synthetic rubbers or elastoplastics, but then added with syrene. In our range you will find a wide range of rubber products, but we are also happy to be of service with customized SEBS rubber. Advantages of SEBS rubber SEBS rubber is comparable to EPDM, but has the advantage that small series can be made for a favorable price. Another big advantage is the resistance of this material. For example, SEBS rubber is UV and ozone resistant and resistant to extreme heat and cold. This ensures that this type of rubber is very widely applicable. SEBS has been described by Greenpeace as an acceptable alternative to PVC in toys. Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) are the most commonly used building blocks for SEBS.

Material Ballbearing steel 100Cr6. Seal, rubber NBR. Version Sealed on both sides with a spherical outer ring. Can be relubricated. Note The internal construction of the insert bearings corresponds to that of standard Series 6200 and 6300 radial ball bearing. However, they have wider inner rings for easier fastening on shafts. The inner rings are manufactured with a plus tolerance. This results in transition or press fits when using shafts with htolerances. The shaft is secured by 2 grub screws positioned 120° apart on the inner ring. The insert bearings are ready to install and are permanently lubricated with a suitable ball bearing grease. In normal applications, relubrication is not necessary.

Housing and shaft tolerances correspond to roundness tolerance class IT2 and perpendicularity tolerance class IT4.
