The SC-10 rinser, consisting of a rotating table with intermittent movement at 10 positions, allows for the prevention of biological contamination in bottles and jars caused by the presence of dust, leaves, small insects, and the risk of serious incidents due to possible glass fragments inside the containers. It is possible to insert and remove bottles from the front position. The spray of rinse water or sanitizing solution occurs only when the bottle is present, thanks to a contact microswitch. For the use of a recirculating solution, a kit with a recovery tank, pump, and connecting pipes is available. The machine is equipped with a filter for the rinse solution with a 0.45-micron microfiltration cartridge. It is also available in a 20-position version and a blow-only mode. Production: 700 pieces per hour.

The Foam-Boy is a foamer with a 9-jet nozzle, rinsing nozzle and foam cap, which automatically dilutes product with water, without wasting or overdosing. The foamer easily attaches to the water hose, and consumes no electricity. It provides better cleaning results and longer penetration with thick and rich foam, ideal for applying cleaning and disinfectant products. And you can set the dilution amount yourself with the supplied set of measuring tips.

Rinse water treatment with nanofiltration (NF), reverse osmosis (RO) or electrodialysis (ED) By treatment with nanofiltration, reverse osmosis and electrodialysis, your rinse water can reused a couple of times. By the membrane plant, the pollution of the rinse water is separated and the particles are concentrated. Thereby the water costs and the disposal costs can be minimized. Additionally, materials in the water can be recovered much more easier by concentration.

Recovery of acids and acidic rinse waters Additionally to the pickling bath treatment by microfiltration and ultrafiltration, the recovery of acid becomes more and more important. Additionally to sulphuric and hydrochloric acid, also mixed acids (HF / HNO3) can be recovered. The first step of the acid recovery is mostly a sludge separation by microfiltration. Downstream, diffusion dialysis, electrodialysis or nanofiltration is used for metal separation.
