A single machine with a combined punching, embossing and joining system The FRIMO CombiCut machine is a specially developed single unit for punching, embossing and joining bumpers and other grained, painted or unpainted exterior plastic components. The CombiCut is very well suited for large-scale production, especially with many variations. This means optional punchings and mounting elements such as parking assistants, headlight wipers, fog lamps, side-markers and trailer hitches can be added just prior to final assembly, reducing inventories and simplifying storage.

A compact and ergonomic punching machine for high volume production The FRIMO ErgoCut is an extremely compact and ergonomically designed punching machine very well suited for trimming complex and large components in high volume. This includes instrument panels, door panels, center consoles and armrests. The ErgoCut is just under 2.5m tall, which makes it ideal for confined spaces. The components are positioned on the product intake of the lower table, which swings up when the cycle starts. Once locked in place, the punching units located in the fixed upper component begin trimming.

The machine is fully automatic punching and stacking system for GSM cards (Global System for Mobile Communications). It is designed to punch the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) and scribe a break out line according to the GSM 11.11 standard. Punches and set eyelets with washers in only one operation, in all types of material. It can be manufactured for setting eyelets from 6mm to 17mm internal diameter hole (only one measure per machine). According to the work developed, washer setting can be cancelled so the machine only sets eyelets. This machine is especially designed for textile and awning industry and also for graphic arts. Can set eyelets/grommets from 8 to 16 mm internal hole. it can set 38 eyelets/washers per minute. All the moveable parts are protected to avoid injuries. Particulary suitable for applications subject to stress forces as secure fixing is ensured by use of washer. Fully pneumatic machine so electricity is not needed. Easy and fast change of raceways.
