EEx’e‘ certified immersion heater EEx e T1 – T6 ATEX The “FHK-Exe” type electric immersion heaters are EExe certified. These heaters are custom built to meet client specifications and suitable for use in zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas. The range of immersion heaters type FHK-Exe offers an economic heating solution for process tanks, pressure vessels and similar plant. The standard heater consists of a number of rod elements TIG welded into a process flange. A robust Ex’e’ terminal box protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. Dependent on application, the heater can be provided with temperature control by contactor or thyristor.

Housing steel. Viewing glass thermoplastic polyamide. O-ring and flat seal rubber (NBR). Reflector aluminium. Screw and hex nut steel. Version: Housing painted black. Transparent viewing glass, high mechanical stability, non-ageing, temperature resistant with oil up to 100 °C, with water up to 70 °C. Reflector painted white, markings and scale black. Screw and hexagon nut, electro zinc-plated. Note: The oil level gauges can either be fastened as shown in the illustration or directly in the threaded hole. Centre distance for the fastening holes = L1 ±0.5. The oil level gauges are suitable for tanks operating without pressure. Maximum operating temperature: 100 °C.

Description: The concept of this system is to allow spreading of fine droplets glue evenly over the bottom sheet cladding. Eight adjustable nozzles create an air cushion parallel to the facing, and a fixed divider regularly files drop-lets of glue to this air cushion. The droplets are deposited on the sheet and not sprayed. The dosing machine is provided with flow meters and motor-drive pump to control the volume deposited. The cleaning is very easy, you can rinse the plastic tubing or change it. You can have a tank under pressure (for high viscosities) or a transfer pump to work directly from the drum. Homogenizing large tank volumes, mixing-in additives during the production of lubrication oil and suspending solids in a liquid phase are typical applications for the pneumatic pulse-mixing technology of PULSAIR. The process, patented worldwide, is based on an injection of an adjustable pressure pulse underneath an accumulator plate, installed on the bottom of the mixing tank. The injected pressurized air forms a big air bubble, soaring within the tank and displacing the surrounding liquid. Meanwhile negative pressure is generated underneath the bubble, sucking the surrounding material. This produces in the tank a vertical flow directed upwards, adjustable according to the requirements by varying the pulse length and the pulse duration. Contrary to mechanical agitators the height of the tank is very marginal. No moving parts or shaft bearings are in the tank.
