Hercules Alu Turn&Tilt Window Hercules is a system to produce doors, windows, and fixed sites composed of three-chamber high-quality aluminum profiles, differentiating with high thermal insulation and high stability. It is used both in residential and public buildings (schools, offices, hospitals, banks, gas stations, etc.). High stiffness provides external, third ventricle allowing to install an additional corner. Available in any RAL colour, powder painted, with optional wood design.

Product Features: • Sizes A to E are 20 gauge 0.036" thick steel. • Sizes F to J are 18 gauge 0.048" thick steel. • Self-tapping screws included. • ASA 61 grey baked powder paint.

Product Features: • Solid oiled walnut sides on a black, ventilated steel base. • Solid wood sides are real walnut - each piece has a unique colour and grain. • Aluminium top panel is powder painted in a satin contemporary grey (beige). • Aluminium top panel sizes are 0.064" thick aluminium. • Comes with self adhesive rubber feet and required mounting hardware.

Product Features: • 18 gauge steel base for extra strength. • Easy to machine - aluminium top panels are 0.064" thick aluminium. • Sides include vertical rows of ventilation. • Sold pre-assembled with a two tone grey powder paint finish (base is dark satin grey, slope top is smooth light grey). • Comes with four self-adhesive rubber feet and required hardware.

Product Features: • Spot welded steel - heavy duty construction chassis. • Finished in ASA 61 smooth grey or satin black powder paint. • Optional bottom plates are punched with 4 holes - 316" diameter (Chassis now includes 1/8" holes to allow installation of optional bottom plates). • Rubber feet sold separately. • Some models accept chassis covers (1451 Series). • Upgrade to the Satin Black Chassis with Walnut Sides (available for some sizes).

Product Features: • Rugged, diecast aluminium alloy (tough yet easy to machine), electronic instrument enclosure. • Available in natural vibra finish OR in light textured, black powder paint. • Unpainted version is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. • Painted version is painted with tough satin black polyester powder paint for a lasting finish, even after machining. Black screws are included to enhance the assembled appearance. • Lap joint construction protection against access of dust and splashing water. Also provides for improved EMI/RFI shielding. The enclosure does not provide shielding when water-tight gaskets are installed. • M3.5 x 0.6 x 12mm long stainless steel, Philips head, machine screws secure lid into factory tapped holes. • Designed to meet IP54 without a gasket or IP66 with a gasket. IP67 upgraded gaskets are available. • All sizes except 1550Z101** carry an impact rating of IK08 per IEC62262.
