Enox 101 (25Dimethyl25ditertbutylperoxyhexane) is a yellowish liquid which has C16H34O4 as chemical formula. It is used to cure polymers and elastomers, mainly polyethylene ( LDPE, HDPE), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), sillicone rubber and fluoroelastomers. Further it acts as initiator for the production of controlled rheology polypropylene (CRPP). 2,5Dimethyl2,5di(tertbutylperoxy)hexane is also known as ditertbutyl 1,1,4,4tetramethyltetramethylene diperoxide, 2,5Dimethyl2,5bis(tertbutylhydroperoxy)hexane and Ditertbutyl 1,1,4,4tetramethyltetramethylene diperoxide. Availability Europe Enox 101 (DHBP) on stock in our local warehouses our lead time is about one week if delivered in 25 KG PE drums. South America, South Africa and other markets can also be served, please contact our sales department for more details.

In most polymers, Rostabil TNF (Trisnonylphenol phosphite) is a cost effective, high purity stabilizer that improves color and processing stability during recovery, drying, compounding, processing and end use. Synergism is realized when it is combined with other stabilizers such as hindered phenols. It may be added alone or in combination with the monomers and / or in antioxidant emulsions during recovery and / or during compounding. TNF is excellent in preventing gel formation polymerization, finishing, storage and factory processing. TNF is a versatile phosphite stabilizer which is useful in a large number of polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, HDPE, LLDPE, SBR, ABS, PVC and others. TNPP is also a suitable stabilizer for a myriad of elastomers such as SBR, NBR and SIS. It is highly effective in light colored solution and emulsion polymerized elastomers. The use of the TNF phosphite is sanctioned by the Food

The Butterfly dowel is mainly used for fastening lightweight structures in plasterboard and other thin-walled structures. Due to the special design, the dowel is blocked already at the moment of deposition. Full locking of the dowel is achieved by tightening it with a screw. It is very important to select the appropriate length of the screw, since the dowel is tightened with a screw from the end to the beginning. Material: HDPE (low pressure polyethylene) The butterfly dowel has a unique distinctive feature - the OMACH inscription is stamped on the side surface.

Dowel for insulation materials with plastic/ metal nail The main purpose is to attach thermal insulation materials to concrete masonry. It is used for mounting on walls that are particularly exposed to the adverse effects of atmospheric conditions. Material: dowel - HDPE (low pressure polyethylene); nail - impact resistant polypropylene/galvanized metal Starting from a length of 140mm, it is recommended to use a metal nail. Per 1 sq . m . 4-5 dowels are recommended for mounting insulation. The dowel for insulating materials has a unique distinctive feature - on The inscription OMAH is stamped on the surface of the hat.

Polyethylene (Polythene) is one of the world’s most popular plastics. It is an enormously versatile polymer which is suited to a wide range of applications from heavy-duty damp proof membrane for new buildings to light, flexible bags and films. Two major types of PE are in use in the films and flexible packaging sector – LDPE (Low Density) used generally for trays and heavier duty film such as long-life bags and sacks, poly tunnels, protective sheeting, food bags etc and HDPE (High Density) which is used for most thin gauge carrier bags, fresh produce bags and some bottles and caps.
