The Wattsan 6090 LT laser machine is an advanced medium-format model for laser cutting and engraving of non-metallic materials. Due to its convenient working area, of 900x600mm, it is often used in industries, such as souvenirs, advertising, design, light, home decor, outdoor signage, stencils, etc. There are two versions of this model, with a lifting table and without. The lifting table is equipped with a chain that allows modifying the height of the working area. That allows working with heavy products up to 80 kg, for example, stone. Engraving : wood, plywood, cardboard, plastics, rubber, leather, fabric, fur, plexiglass (acrylic), PET, MDF, glass, stone etc. Cutting : wood, plywood, cardboard, paper, plastics, plexiglass (acrylic), leather, fabric, fur, PET, MDF, rubber, paronite, foam rubber. Unique cutting head We design our machines with universal cutting heads with wide and narrow nozzles. The wide nozzle blows away combustion residues and promotes better engraving.

Product Features: • Designed for harsh industrial environments or outdoor applications (security, outdoor wireless, controls, etc, etc). • Ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards, panels or DIN rail mounted components. • Designed for wall mounting. Interior is secure as lid screws are behind the lid. Can be made more secure if wall mounted with security screws (tamper resistant screws). • Satin texture finish with smooth recessed surface on lid for a membrane keypad or label. • Standoffs moulded in the interior of the lid and enclosure - designed for #4 x 1/4" self tapping screws (Part number 1555TS100). • Choice of two materials: • General purpose ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 HB). Not recommended for outdoor use • Polycarbonate (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5VA @ 3mm) - Recommended for outdoor use • Colour is a light grey (RAL 7035) to help keep heat absorption down.

Fire resistant, Low Smoke Toxicity EPDM from J-Flex is supplied, tested & fully certified to EN45545-2, and has been approved to the former National Standards BS 6853, DIN5510 & NF F 16-101 + other Major Standards including LUL S1085 Specifications + BS 476 + UL94 V(0) & NFPA 130 ( U.S. National Fire Protection Association). In addition it has been independently tested & certified to EN 13501-1 Fire Classification of construction products & building elements. EPDM, Silicone, Natural Rubber, Neoprene Sponge & Vamac® Ethylene Acrylic Elastomer materials from J-Flex have been independently tested & certified against some or all of the above norms. These materials all have excellent environmental resistance withstanding ozone, u.v., rain & frost – meaning outdoor applications such as lighting systems and enclosures are kept water and dust-tight. Our materials are also resistant to corrosion, moisture, salt & light fuels.
