Flameproof immersion heaters ATEX II 2 G/D EEx d IIC IECEx Exd IIC T1 – T6 Ex tD A21 IP66 T…°C The EXHEAT “FP-C” range of flameproof core immersion heaters offers a hazardous area heating solution for oil and similar applications where a low heat density is required. The special element / sheath arrangement allows the element cores to be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a number of element cores fitted into a mounting flange. A robust EEx d terminal cover protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. Dependent on application, the heater can be provided with temperature control by contactor or thyristor.

Immersion heater ATEX II 2 G/D EEx d IIC T1 – T6 The Exheat „RFA-C” range of flameproof removable core heaters offers a hazardous area heating solution for oil and similar applications where low heat density is required. The element can be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a single element core fitted into a mounting flange. A robust EEx d terminal enclosure protects the electrical connections. The watts density of the element core fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required.

Heating and cooling presses are independent and operated by separate hydraulic system. A low pressure pump is used to lift the platen at a quick speed, while a high pressure pump is used to keep the heating and cooling presses at a high pressure. Heating and cooling presses are built from two solid welded frames, with all platens securely guided, allowing for a tremendously high rigidity of construction and thus , excellent parallelism of platens. This eliminates the undesirable effects of heat expansion. The pressure settings at the different stages of heating and cooling are programmable. High precision temperature control ( 1.5℃) is achieved through excellent circulation and monitoring of thermal heating oil. Manual transfer the material cassette from table stand to stand by stand.
