This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. The HONSEL RIVET NUT "headless" can be used in existing and new applications. The blind rivet nut can be flush mounted in smooth bores without countersinking. The omission of the "countersink" process of the hole realizes enormous potential for savings. Due to the 0 mm protrusion, components can be mounted without interfering edges or slide over one another without obstruction. Clamps and Pulls Down Component Available Ground or Serrated Low Profile Jaw for Thinner Components Vise mounted directly to the machine bed. Low profile jaw allows for more tool clearance. The actuation not only clamps the components but also pulls it down. The jaws are available in smooth or serrated. Parts CP15 and CP16 work as stop for this vise.

(Except 1554/55 V size which is 4,4X only).

Product Features: • The Sink Box series is a British designed extruded aluminium enclosure (originally sold under the West Hyde Enclosures Ltd. name). • Ideally suited for mounting small printed circuit boards or chassis horizontally. • The enclosure body is formed from a single hollow aluminium extrusion. This gives the unit high strength as well as simplifying assembly. • The aluminium extrusion has fins on one side (the top) which act as a heat sink. Aluminium end panels are attached to each end. • Extrusions are anodised in a choice of either black or clear. • The interior of the enclosure contains: • Numerous slots on both of the shorter sides to accept a P.C. board or chassis • Three "T" slots (one in the top and two in the bottom) which provide an alternative method of mounting chassis or components that need to be cooled by conduction • The single "T" slot in the top takes an M3 half-nut • The two "T" slots in the bottom take M4 half-nuts

Product Features: • Designed to house electronics for equipment interfacing where shelf or wall mounting is required. • Consists if an aluminium "U" shaped extrusion body and a slide-in flat aluminium bottom plate. • Slide-in plate perfect for easy mounting of components. • Steel foot "L" brackets are attached to each end. "L" brackets are punched with 0.31" (7.9mm) diameter keyholes for easy mounting of enclosure. • Rugged body constructed from extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of .06" (1.5mm). • Available in either clear or black anodised finish, the bottom slide-in plate is finished to match. • The two end "L" brackets are matched to the enclosure. • Includes all assembly hardware. • Note: Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf/in.
