The FABEN Smart Range Gas Rotary Oven is a high-performance baking solution ideal for bakeries and pastry shops. With external dimensions of 1400x1170x2300 mm, this versatile oven accommodates trolleys in various sizes, including 400x600, 500x700, and 450x650 mm, with 15 to 18 shelves per trolley. It boasts a thermal power of 40,000 Kcal/h (47 kW), ensuring consistent and efficient baking. The rotary motion is powered by a gear motor with a rotation + pulley system rated at 0.18 kW, while the burner consumes 1.5 kW of electricity. The machine allows labeling with self-adhesive labels on large cylindrical or shaped bottles and drums, from the food sector to chemicals. It enables working with products of different shapes and sizes with a few simple adjustments. These machines are always tailored to the specifications of the product to be labeled, whether round or rectangular, with one or two label distribution groups. Optional features include non-standard size conveyor belts, pulling motorizations, fixed or rotating accumulation tables, handle centering devices, thermal transfer or ink-jet printing systems. Generally, dosing pumps are referred to as oscillating displacement pumps with adjustable stroke length. Depending on the requirement the driving mechanism can be equipped with hydraulically actuated diaphragm. Electrically driven pumps offer besides the stroke length adjustment a further possibility to adjust the delivery flow by modifying the motor rotation speed. For a small delivery flow and a low delivery pressure, electromagnetically driven pumps are nowadays the devices of choice since they can simply be adapted to the process requirements by modifying the stroke frequency manually or through an external control (pulse or analog) signal.
