Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) can be made from butter or 35%-45% cream, depending on the season. The production process consists of removing almost all the water and non-fat solids with the use of centrifuges. Thanks to this, the product is easier to preserve and store as it contains less water.

Fat Filled Milk Powder (FFMP) is a dairy product that is created by blending high-quality skimmed milk and vegetable fat. This mixture is then spray-dried to create a creamy, milky powder with a delicate scent and flavor. The shelf life of Fat Filled Milk Powder is approximately 12 months, making it a reliable and convenient ingredient for food manufacturers and producers. It is available in individual packages in 4-layers 25 kg bags, which are designed to protect the product from external factors and ensure its quality and freshness. FFMP with a protein content of less than 20% is known for its thermostability, making it an ideal ingredient for dairy-based drinks, coffee creams, soup premixes, confectionery, baked goods, and reconstituted milk.

The name butter is reserved for products without vegetable fat admixtures with a specific milk fat content - at least 82% (not more than 16% water and 2% dry non-fat milk). It is made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk, to separate the butterfat from the buttermilk. The product is rich in vitamins A, D, K.

Cheese Analog, also known as imitation cheese or cheese alternative, is a type of cheese product in which all or part of the milk fat is replaced with vegetable fat. The manufacturing process for Cheese Analog is similar to that of regular cheese and is often chosen for its cost efficiency and ease of production. Cheese Analog offered by Foodcom S.A. is characterized by its soft texture, good elasticity, homogeneous melting, stretching properties and easy grating and cutting. It has a shelf life of 3, 6, or 12 months. Foodcom S.A. supplies Cheese Analog in 1 kg blocks or shredded and packed in 1 or 2 kg bags. Due to its excellent melting properties, Cheese Analog is commonly used as a substitute for pizza cheese and toppings, as it resembles mozzarella cheese.
