This high-accuracy digital torque screwdriver tester with loading device eliminates measurement errors. The loading device keeps stable measuring conditions to avoid reading errors. Can also calibrate small capacity torque wrenches using optional TDTLA. The measuring range is wide and applicable for various types of torque drivers. Comes with Pass/Fail judgment feature. Judgment results are shown in three colors (white/red/blue), for easy result recognition. Electro zincplated. Tracks inductively hardened and ground. Note for ordering Fastening screws are supplied. Note Compact Cprofile guide rails with internal hardened tracks. The system runs with low noise even under heavy loads. There is play between the screw and the fastening hole to allow the rail to be aligned during installation. To achieve the desired running properties there must always be a film of lubricant between track and roller, this also provides corrosion protection for the ground tracks. The grounding brush, otherwise known as an earth brush, ensures good continuity of grounding as well as cleaning the running tracks. Standard versions are available in rectangular 40A, 100A, and 220A. On request, we can offer models with higher capacities (400A) or round brushes in Ø42 or 60 mm. Standard brushes consist of brass plates and stainless steel wires, but we can also offer stainless steel brushes versions on request ( plates and wires). Note, this product is not suitable for explosive environments (ATEX).
