The G10 is available in two versions, G10 Core (Lean range) and G10 Extended (Performance range), designed to better meet the varied needs of customers. Lean range G10 Core Vertical rubber injection molding machines REP ideal for less demanding processes. The G10 Core range exists with three clamping forces 1,600 kN 3,050 kN 5,100 kN.

Performance range G10 Extended Intelligent, elegant and efficient The G10 is the 10th generation of REP injection molding machines. With its ergonomic design and intelligent onboard solutions, the G10 generation is branded "Infinitely Smart". The G10 is available in two versions, G10 Core (Lean range) and G10 Extended (Performance range), designed to better meet the varied needs of customers. The G10 Extended is a line of presses adapted to the most demanding processes. The G10 Extended is progressively replacing the G9 generation machines and ranges from 1,600 kN (V410) to 10,200 kN (V910).

Product Features: • Rugged electronic instrument enclosures, ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards. • Heavy duty, thick wall design with an average wall thickness of .13" (3.3mm). • Standard versions from flame retardant ABS plastic (carries a UL flammability rating of 9V-0). • On standard and water-tight versions, countersunk lid is secured with four M3 x 0.5 - 0.71" (18mm) long, Philips machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings. Perfect for applications with repetitive assembly and disassembly required. • Economy version is moulded in general purpose ABS plastic. • Economy version utilizes self tapping screws into plastic posts (no brass inserts). • Standard and economy versions are rated IP54, but can be upgraded to IP66 with gaskets and screws with O-rings. • Water-tight versions are rated IP66. • Stocked in black and grey with matte textured finish.

Product Features: • One piece moulded construction - no lid. Designed for potting box applications. • Moulded from black general purpose ABS plastic with a flame rating of UL94-HB. • Temperature rated -20°C to +94°C. • 1.0mm (0.04") wall thickness except for 1596B103 (0.8mm).

Perfect for applications when repetitive assembly and disassembly are required. • Economy versions are assembled with self tapping screws into fully plastic posts. • Black enclosures include black screws, while all others include standard nickel finish screws.

Product Features: • Ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards horizontally. • Internal sides of enclosures are smooth for easy connector installation except for the largest enclosures. The 1591XXF size is a universal type which includes P.C. boards standoffs in the lid and enclosure PLUS includes card guides. • Strong tongue and groove lid to box construction provides protection against access of dust and splashing water. • Designed to meet IP54. • Lid and box both contain- moulded in PC board standoffs. • Standard black and grey versions moulded from easy to machine, flame retardant ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of 94V-0). • Transparent blue and all economy versions are moulded from general purpose (not flame-retardant) plastic. • Stocked in satin texture black and grey.
