The HONSEL RIVET NUT "headless" can be used in existing and new applications. The blind rivet nut can be flush mounted in smooth bores without countersinking. The omission of the "countersink" process of the hole realizes enormous potential for savings. Due to the 0 mm protrusion, components can be mounted without interfering edges or slide over one another without obstruction. Thrust bearing / Spherical axial bearings from igus d1 [mm]: Mechanical properties The self-aligning spherical igubal ® thrust bearings are very easy-to-mount units, which help to compensate for errors and prevent misalignments. The thrust bearing housing pad is made of the impact-resistant, stiff, thermoplastic composite material igumid G. The standard thrust bearing washer is made of iglidur® W300. This combination provides particularly good gliding and wear properties in relative movements. Loads The load carrying capacity of the spherical igubal® thrust bearing is very high in normal ambient temperature. In particular cases the load carrying capacity of the axial bearings should be checked in a practical trial with high constant loads and at higher temperatures. Coefficients of surface friction and speeds Taking the radial loads into account, maximum surface speeds up to 0.5 m/s rotating can be attained. Installation The axial bearing pad is mounted flush and secured. The spherical washer glides loosely in the pad and is held by the shouldered shaft mounted on it. The DKRF420 is a transducer for humidity and temperature designed for flush-mounted boxes. Their benefits become evident when used in museums and historic buildings or in pharmaceutical and medical laboratories. The transducer’s electronic components completely immerse into the flush-mounted box (required mounting depth: 30 mm). It is covered by a mounting plate and can be plastered leaving only the small stainless steel probe (d=8 mm, l=20 mm) stick out of the wall.

The Driesen + Kern GmbH DKRF425 probe series for flush-mounting is designed for controls and automation such as in HVAC. The sensors measure tempeature, humidity, CO2 concentration and light intensity. They fit into standard flush-mounted boxes and are compatible to switch product ranges of several manufacturers. This makes them well suited for integration in existing building concepts.

TYP C 043/ES Cutting, stamping and bending device for axial components Description To make the insertion of components with short leads into p. c. boards possible, the leads have to be cut to suitable length, bend to the required pitch and - if necessary- stamped. Both, suitable length and required pitch can be adjusted by adjusting screws. After this set- up the components can be processed. Cutting length and pitch are fully adjustable. The stamping result for the leads depends on the used tool. Leadforming ist tool specific and can be manufactured to meet customer requirements. The difference to the types C 043 and C 043 E is the integrated Pneumatic which makes the rearrangement of the Bending- and Formingtools possible. This means, that the tools can be approached to the components. Espacially bendings with Flush- Mount- bead can be done. The taped components can be processed automatically. The processing- speed is continuously variable. The tool change for different bending dimensions takes about 5 minutes. Components
