The design enables high loads with minimum demand on the precision of the housing. iglidur® maintenance-free flange bearings are available in four materials - iglidur® G, iglidur® J, iglidur® X and iglidur® A180. Thus, with this design, a very wide range of applications - from the universal bearing through the highest wear resistance or temperature resistance (up to +250°C) up to FDA-compliant bearing solutions - can be covered. Installation Dependent on the stressing capacities, various mounting types are used. For low radial loads, it is enough to mount the iglidur® flange bearing with just two screws on a surface. For higher radial loads, it is advisable to support the iglidur® flange bearing in a bore on the reinforced side in the load direction. Large tolerances are permitted for this bore, as it is only to additionally support the iglidur® flange bearing. In order to support still higher radial loads, the iglidur® flange bearing can be press-fitted with the longer side in an H tolerance bore. The additional screw connection secures the firm seating of the bearing in the housing. For the mounting of the iglidur® maintenance-free flange bearing, no special tools or devices are necessary. The alignment of the bearing in multiple mounted shafts is easily possible at the installation. The new direct-current motors with worm gear enable quiet and economically efficient operation with drylin® lead screw units. The worm wheel has a spline to which the drive pin of the linear unit is connected. As a result, a motor flange and coupling are unnecessary and, this taken in conjunction with the motor adapter angled by 90°, the structure of the linear module is very compact. When combined with the appropriate gearbox, drylin® linear axes with the new BLDC motors achieve higher speed and greater torque. Energy is used more efficiently, as a result of which EC/BLDC motors are more durable and have a longer service life. Due to the fact that carbon brushes are not used, brushless motors are almost completely wear-resistant, generate less heat and enable longer, uninterrupted operation. Two bearing flanges combined with a D50 type I aluminium profile tube (10050) form a feed roller (loadbearing roller). The bearing flanges are simply pressed into the aluminium profile tube. These can be used for many conveyance tasks. The bearing flanges have ball bearings and springloaded fastening spigots which enable transport rollers to be retrofitted into existing structures. A roller conveyor is created when several transport rollers are mounted in series. Two bearing flanges are required for a transport roller.

The special element / sheath arrangement allows the element cores to be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a number of element cores fitted into a mounting flange. A robust EEx d terminal cover protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. Dependent on application, the heater can be provided with temperature control by contactor or thyristor.

Electrical flange type immersion heaters The series of electrical Flange Type FHK-L provides a solution for the heating of liquids / molten salts or similar applications in process tanks or underground tanks. It can also be tank filling levels with very low heat, since only the lower horizontal portion is heated. The flange heater consists of a number of heating elements, which are built into the process flange. The electrical wiring is done in a robust electrical terminal box.

EEx’e‘ certified immersion heater EEx e T1 – T6 ATEX The “FHK-Exe” type electric immersion heaters are EExe certified. These heaters are custom built to meet client specifications and suitable for use in zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas.
