It is a 135 micron strong and conformable polyethylene red or white film tape, coated with a high tack, removable, acrylic adhesive. The product exhibits excellent adhesion to a range of substrates, and is particularly designed for rough and embossed surfaces. Additionally it has excellent UV resistance, allowing it to be used for a range of temporary masking and protection, external applications. Tearable by hand for ease of use. Green Polyester film, single coated with a rubber resin pressure sensitive adhesive. APPLICATIONS Masking in powder coating applications. Protects large areas of circuit boards from chemicals fumes or splashes. Masking of circuit boards during solder stripping and nickel/gold plating of contact fingers. PRODUCT BENEFITS Resists baking temperatures of 170°C to 190°C during 20min. Operating temperature range: ‐30°C to 130°C. Eliminates silicone contamination and need for PCB cleaning solvents. Easy application and removal. Non‐silicone adhesive removes cleanly. Good adhesion to substrate. Excellent conformability.

Carpet and galley mats fixing in the transport industry, when fire retardant properties are needed. Remains flexible and allows the application on rough surfaces. Tape leaves no residues on the floor upon removal. Very high adhesion (closed side). Differential colours between both sides, with grey side to stick on the floor and black side to stick onto carpet, helps to avoid confusion. Differential coat weight and adhesion of both sides: open side (dark grey) has lower coat weight and adhesion than the liner side (black), which helps in positioning and removing of the carpet and the tape.
