Micro Environment Monitoring System, Integrated Temp/Humidity Sensor, POE. The ENVIROMUX® Micro Environment Monitoring System (EMS) monitors critical environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, liquid water presence, power, intrusion, and smoke. When a sensor goes out of range of a configurable threshold, the system will notify you via email, web page, network management (SNMP), and/or SMS messages (via external USB 3G modem). The system functions independently or as an IP-connected remote sensor for the ENVIROMUX-2D/5D/16D. The ENVIROMUX-MICRO-T features an integrated temperature sensor, two RJ45 sensor ports for external temperature/humidity sensors, and two dry contact inputs. The ENVIROMUX-MICRO-TRHP features an integrated temperature/humidity sensor, two RJ45 sensor ports for external temperature/humidity sensors, two dry contact inputs and built-in Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Our software package ‚AiBOX' includes cylinder management with compelete track and trace data for your quality management. The required interfaces for your ERP system are custom-made. Reports and statistics can be created according to your requirements. Visualizing processes SCADA connectors allow a clear visualization and control of your processes. For your challenges at filling applications we have developed the package "fillcontrol", which enables the seamless integration of scales in an extensive computer network environment. Statistical modules for monitoring the efficiency and process reliability are in the same way possible, as the data transfer to the quality control and traceability.
