For designs that require a stepper motor with directly integrated lead screw, drylin® E offers the ideal solution. The stand-alone versions with NEMA11 stepper motor (very small type) are available in a compact type with or without encoder. The lead screw is centred and in combination with the dryspin® high helix thread technology, the system has a long service life. Stepper motors from igus® are a good supplement to drylin® linear axes. They are characterised by their cost-effectiveness, precision and easy control. They work reliably under the most varied environmental conditions (depending on the selected class of protection IP). The igus® stepper motors can be connected to the most common motor controls using standardised electrical connection. The encoder sends signals from the motor to the motor control. The encoder verifies that the required linear motion has occurred precisely as required. Encoder = increased machine accuracy.

Note: The oil level gauge not only enables the oil level to be viewed but also recorded using a REED switch. In addition, the oil level gauges can also emit an electric signal if the temperature of the liquid inside the container reaches the threshold of 70 °C. As soon as the float element approaches the selected minimum value after the circuit has been closed, the system emits an electric signal. The sensor is located on the housing and its height can be adjusted in line with the control requirements for the oil level. The minimum level is ca. 35 mm from the centre of the lower fastening screw.

Both models are freely configurable, so you may select from a variety of ranges (0..1V/0..5V/0..10V oder 0...20mA....). You may configure engineering units to use them with any third-party device.

SensitivE Audit® DynamicB The module allows analyzing tissue conductivity and microcirculation disorders using certain dosed stimuli. Cannot be used without an interface block. The module can: • automatically conduct an incremental scanning of the head and limbs with impulses of negative and positive polarity (20 derivations), with a repetition rate of 10 Hz. At that, the electric signal test is physiological and does not cause discomfort; • to readjust the signal received via the use of direct or alternating current influence in the measuring range to exclude effect of fabric electrolysis; • use sequential transfer of frequency-wave information to the object under study along the diagonals, in accordance with the distribution of energy meridians; • to carry out early prediction of neoplastic and fibrodystrophic processes in selective foci; • to reveal the hidden foci of tissue conduction disorders and their influence on the studied object's functional reserves of adaptation.
