This fully automatic labeling line is suitable for reliably applying self-adhesive labels to various products such as envelopes, catalogues, magazines, etc. The machine is equipped with a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, which we installed as a self-sufficient unit with a new vacuum pump and motor in a stable frame made of aluminum profiles. We then paired them up with a new vacuum table with electric height adjustment and an "Alpha Compact" labeler from BLUHM/WEBER mounted on it. Together with a new machine control system these modules can be assembled into a fully automatic labeling line with which our customer can process products up to 43 cm in length at high speeds (up to 70 m/min). The Velum Acoustic Ceiling Panels is coated with a durable fabric with a choice of different colors on the front and back surfaces of the highdensity cambered coated surface and the vertically grooved edges. Velum acoustic panels with a high sound absorption coefficient can be used in the environments where the sound of the room acoustics and sound reflections is most criticalBesides the sound absorber, fabric coated panels can be used on the final layer with a decorative appearance and are easily applicable on concrete or plasterboard surfaces. Acoustic panels are widely used to prevent such situations that cause bare walls to rupture in office rooms.It has applicability without using adhesive on walls and ceilings with profiling in the channel suitable for the hidden system with Velum acoustic wall panel.

Steel, housing plastic, adhesive anchor steel. Note: Suitable for adjustment loads up to 12 tonnes. The heavy-duty anchors apply the centre double wedge principle. With the centre double wedge principle, the machine support height is adjusted by two wedges instead of one. The wedge movements are consistent and free of play. With the double wedge, the force acting on the lifting mechanism is halved and the central support point always remains rigid and stable. The spherical machine support on rounded discs can compensate for unevenness in the floor. Horizontal movements are prevented by the centring sleeve which holds the floor bolt in the form of an adhesive anchor. is a 23µ m clear polyester film double coated with a special formulated silicone adhesive on the closed side and an acrylic adhesive on the open side, with 110µm total thickness excluding liners. The product has a siliconised paper liner on the acrylic side, and a fluoro siliconised PET liner on the silicone adhesive side.
