Note: If the actuator is within the switching range (safety door closed), the safety contacts and, if applicable, the signal contacts of the safety switch are activated. Version Body natural colour anodised Bearing housing and slide, black anodised. Tracks of the profile guide rail, inductively hardened and ground. Note Compact and flexible linear actuators with toothed belt drive. The body consists of a selfsupporting aluminium extruded section with integrated profile guide rail. This rail system is able to absorb highest forces from all directions, is lowwear, and is optimised for moving large masses. Slots are located on the outer sides of the aluminium profile, ensuring easy, reliable assembly and enabling accessories mounted. Proximity switches can be positioned and fastened in the upper Tslot. The aluminium profile is fully compatible with our standard I series profiles.

The pneumatically operated directional valves VK are robust, reliable and can be installed in a variety of ways. Installation in-line, on the wall, on modules, as a battery or directly on cylinders is possible without any problems. Available sizes between 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 in 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3.

3/2-way NO or NC microvalves with various actuation systems. A variety of mechanical or manual actuators can be combined and expanded to 5/2 and 5/3-way functions using a universal adapter.

The AT multi-turn actuators are characterized by their compact shape and clear design. Integrated grooves for sensor mounting. Angle of rotation from 0° to 180°.

Rotary drives convert the linear movement of the pneumatic cylinders into a rotary movement. Standard rotation angles are 90° – 180° – 270° – 360°. Adjustable by 10°. Special angles are possible.

These Actuators are specifically designed for gripping the ID of blind holes but may also be incorporated in many applications that require a straight draw actuated 90 degrees from the drive screw. They are capable of gripping on bores ranging from 4.1mm to 35.3mm using our standard ID clamps. Both styles of Actuators come completely assembled with the heat-treated cylinders tapped for the following clamp drive screws: M2, M4, M6, M8, M10 and M12.
