This broad spectrum distillate is a result of a purification of the organic hemp extract. The CO2 supercritical extraction has been implemented to keep the minors such CBC (Cannabichromene), CBG (Cannabigerol), CBN (Cannabinol), CBDV (Cannabidivarin), and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol, <0,2%) intact. This technology used during the extraction also allows the conservation of most of the natural terpenes. Glass overheads are typically built (in our standard chemReactor and production plant setups) for multipurpose and semi–batch operation mode under full vacuum. They mostly consist of feeder vessel, a distillation column, condenser and secondary condenser, phase separator, receiver, including valves and pressure equalization piping and a rupture disc as safety device. For rectification, packed distillation glass columns up to DN600 are used with reflux condenser, a reflux splitter with a reflux controller to set the reflux ratio. In Buchi chemReactors, both systems can be combined.

Our Kjeldahl distillers work according to the internationally recognized Kjeldahl method, a reference procedure to analyze nitrogen and protein content in several fields of application. Besides performing protein nitrogen analysis according to Kjeldahl or volatile acidity, you can also determine alcohol, sorbic acid, SO2, phenols, cyanide, ammonia and nitric nitrogen content. Different models of our Kjeldahl distillers adapt to each laboratory requirements, from semiautomatic models to fully automatic, all options guaranteeing safety for the users with automatic distillation interruption on overtemperature or overpressure and fixing cooling water input if required. Spiral prismatic nozzle (SPN) СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is used for filling distillation columns in the production of alcohol and alcoholic beverages, as well as for other processes of liquids fractionation. It represents several whorl of the spiral, turned relative to each other at a certain angle. The size of each element is 3 mm * 3 mm. SPN СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is made of high-quality stainless steel food grade wire, and then undergoes a unique treatment to ensure an extended surface and good wetting ability, which compares it favorably with the products of competitors. SPN performance capability is achieved by a two-stage surface treatment, including not only acid etching, but also calcinating at high temperature.

It represents several whorl of the spiral, turned relative to each other at a certain angle. The size of each element is 3 mm * 3 mm. SPN СЕЛИВАНЕНКО® is manufactured of high quality copper wire (M1) with a diameter of 0.25 mm.
