Merecs develops individual test systems for heat pumps, gas, fluid and water systems. Our engineers & fitters for electronics, installation technology and mechanics build the systems completely from one source at our location in Steinfurt. The systems are then delivered and commissioned at home and abroad. This high-precision torque sensor can be used to perform both static and dynamic measurements on non-rotating parts. The internal and external square drive design make this sensor especially easy to fit in existing or new screw-fitting applications. Quality assurance and monitoring of screw-fastening tools are just two applications that can take full advantage of sensor features such as USB port, built-in amplifier and side-load absorbing bearings. With no rotating parts, this sensor needs no maintenance when used correctly. Available accessories include mounting brackets and flange adapters, which enable quick, easy and practical integration of the sensor into existing or newly developed setups and test benches. The strain-gauge based sensor’s modular design allows precise configuration for the desired application. With the integrated amplifier option, the sensor directly supplies a voltage signal of 0 ... ± 10 V that is proportional to the torque.

Based on years of experience in the field of test bench metrology in the automotive industry, EP develops test bench solutions for various applications. We build test benches for testing automotive components such as heat exchangers, intercoolers, filters, valves and others. These are test benches on which e.g. supplier parts for the automotive industry are tested in production. Our specialist knowledge of the industry makes us a strong partner in this area.

We are experienced in test system development for leakage testing, life time testing and end-of-line test stands in the field of gas & hydrogen technology. We also have a network of suppliers and partners who provide key components for leakage measurement, piping, sealing and instrumentation. As a general contractor and integrator, Merecs Engineering can individually design, assemble and commission the test system at our customers' sites.

We design and manufacture individual test systems for the pressure testing of valves and pumps. Merecs Engineering has a competent network of partners for this purpose. Within this framework, we carry out the risk assessment, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. In addition, we connect the systems to the individual IT infrastructures (databases, ERP systems, MS PowerBI) of our customers.

EOL test stand for e-charging columns and their power electronics for the simulation of different electrical loads and mains fluctuations. The test stand has automatic contacting and achieves high test throughputs in end-of-line operation. Different variants of the power electronics of electric charging columns can be tested. On the software side, Merecs Engineering relies on NI-LabVIEW and NI-TestStand.
