KIGEMA possesses a laboratory allowing testing the mechanical properties of products like hardness, elongation, and micrometer. KIGEMA also conducts penetration and ultrasonic tests and issues certificates of conformity with EN 10204-2.2, 2.3, 3.1B. Additionally, the company has an air-conditioned measuring room equipped with High-quality measuring equipment, which is regularly calibrated. The measuring equipment includes: calipers, altimeter, depth calipers, inside micrometers, bore gauges, outside micrometer and roughness tester.

Bases are available with the following dimensions: Base TB 50 50 x 16 mm Base TB 80 80 x 16 mm Base TB 100 100 x 16 mm Base TB 120 120 x 20 mm Base TB 150 150 x 20 mm All bases have a bore Ø of 8 mm H7. They are mutually interchangeable. The bases are matt chromed and hardened. Burnished bases are available on request. The measuring surfaces faces are lapped. The metal collet attachment guarantees reliable fixing of the Dial Gauges.

Prismatic Base TB 66P: particularly suited for measurements on tubes with a diameter of 10 – 100 mm. Long size flat Bases: burnished, available in the following dimensions: Base TB 200 200 x 20 mm Base TB 250 250 x 20 mm Base TB 300 300 x 25 mm All Bases have a bore Ø of 8 mm H 7. The Bases are hardened, ground and finely lapped. Flatness according to DIN 876/0. Further Bases with special lengths ore customized bases are available on request. The base is dull chromed, hardened and lapped. The metal collet attachment guarantees reliable fixing of the dial gauge. An additional internal hexagon screw makes exchanging the dial gauge easier. Each of our mechanical dial depth gauges is equipped with the 10 mm long special contact point 573/21.
