The Gronemeyer depalletizer is an economical alternative to a completely automatic machine. It is used when processing small to mid-sized numbers of items. An individual arrangement of depalletizers lets one person operate several machines. Easy operation allows for a short training period for new personnel. Traktech are specialists in handling empty containers such as jars and bottles made of plastic, glass and tins. Thanks to our skill and experience designing and manufacturing machines, we can offer different versions of depalletizers to position containers on the packaging lines, adapting our client’s needs. Depalletizer solutions by TRAKTECH comprise from simple pallet elevators with manual unloading of each stage, to more complex totally automated systems managing full and empty pallets. The depalletizers designed by Traktech are able to make format changes without any worker intervention.

The three axis of motion enable a high performance and an efficient design of the robot system. The central pick up table picks up a whole layer of glass from the pallet. The table pushes the layer on the discharge table in one operation which seperates the glasses and transfers them to the production line. Since the roTeg depalletizing robot DERO II works with clamping jaws, numerous package sizes can be processed without mechanical devices. In each depalletizing cycle the interlayers are also picked up by the glass layer and collected in a magazine. The movability of the robot construction on the x axis enables the handling of different production lines. While one discharge table is still filled with glasses and being emtied line by line the DERO II already takes the next layer and serves the second discharge table.

The Depalletizer for Empty Containers is specifically engineered to streamline the palletizing and depalletizing processes for both full and empty packages, catering to the versatile needs of production facilities. Designed to accommodate any type of packaging, including round, rectangular, oval, and glass containers, this system is adaptable to any production level, ensuring a seamless fit for operations large and small. Featuring several grades of automation, the depalletizer can handle the entry and exit of full or empty pallets, the construction and evacuation of layers in the palletizer/depalletizer, the placement of dividers, and the uplifting and downlifting of pallets. This flexibility allows for the optimization of processes and a significant reduction in costs by feeding multiple production lines with just one depalletizer.

The machine can handle pallets measuring 1000 x 1200, with a maximum height of 2000, with flat separators between layers of plastic or rigid cardboard containers or trays. It's a stationary platform depalletizer; with this system, it's possible to load the pallet into the machine already without the cardboard hood, using a pallet truck or forklift on the dedicated centering frame ensuring correct positioning. The machine features a robust and compact structure with linear guides to ensure movement precision. It utilizes inflatable rubber gripping heads for 3 rows of bottles, suitable for bottling lines with production rates up to 3,000 b/h. Alternatively, there's a version with gripping heads for picking up an entire layer of bottles. Magnetic gripping heads are also available for depalletizing metal cans. Format changeovers are simple and very fast by adjusting the position of the rubber according to the format. The machine is equipped with an electrical panel and control panel.
