Rentaload offers a range of 100/200/300 kW high power load banks dedicated to testing in large rooms with several MW of IT power. With their low Delta T , they limit the overheating of computer rooms and thus overstress the air conditioning systems. In addition, their low heating prevents any damage to heat-sensitive peripheral equipment (lighting fibres, cables, fire detection system, etc.) Available in “ SMART” version thanks to their supervision software, they make it possible to collect extremely precise measurements (P/U/I/Delta T) during the tests. With our 6 kW / 7 kW smart connected load banks , test all levels of electrical and thermal redundancy in your data centre (main path / secondary path and backup). Collect data (P/U/I/Delta T) thanks to their supervision software and thus bring added value to your tests. Also take advantage of their low delta T to test your computer rooms in real conditions. Our 19-inch rackmount load banks are specially designed to meet the requirements of data center “IST commissioning” tests. They are suitable for rooms that are newly built, at the end of renovation or undergoing maintenance.

Rentaload offers two types of “ mini-tower ” for rent: the “basic” mini-tower and the “premium” mini-tower . They are the equivalent of the 21 KW air heater load bank but are each made up of 3 rackable 7 KW load banks. The premium mini-tower offers, in addition to the basic mini-tower, a better Delta T and an integrated ATS . The latter makes it possible to carry out double chain tests. This mini-tower is therefore compatible with all 2N type electrical infrastructures. These mini-towers can be adapted to different power configurations by adding or removing a 7kW module. This equipment is more reliable and more robust than standard air heaters, in particular thanks to their integrated circuit breakers. Indeed, they make it possible to protect the load bank in the event of electrical overcurrent.

Rentaload offers rental of 21 kW unit heater load banks, usable both in single- phase (230V) and three- phase (400V). This is an intermediate solution between rackable load banks and high power 100/200/300 kW Low Delta T load banks. It is a perfect solution when your racks are not yet in place, but that you still want to have a good distribution of the thermal load in your computer room. In addition, this equipment is perfectly designed to make your life easier (small wheels, leather handles, light weight). You can therefore easily move them and pass them through doors, stairs or even ramps. As you will have understood, it is an extremely handy and practical product!

NEDEX adsorbent ‘NANOMOL’ is a mixture of calcium oxide containing natural desiccants and natural binders. The product is designed for a static water adsorption process with very low adsorption speed. With an optimized density it can reach very good water adsorption capacity in a specific volume. It has no chemical reactions to aluminium, steel, galvanized steel and plastics. NANOMOL has even higher water adsorption capacity and Delta T compared to MULTIMOL. NANOMOL is an adsorbent for insulating glass units with specifications according to EN 1279:2018. Planetary gearboxes have the advantage of being compact with high efficiency, low backlash and provide a high torque-to-weight ratio, especially when compared to other types of gearboxes. The Delta Line portfolio of high-performance planetary gearboxes are robust; they are designed to sustain intermittent or sudden load changes and are ideally suited for precise positioning applications. The addition of the 3-stage option to the GP42-S and GP56-T gearboxes provides versatility that allows engineers to take control of design tradeoffs. The GP42-S gearbox is 42mm in diameter and the high-load GP56-T gearbox has a diameter of 56mm. The length of the gearbox is 70.6 mm and 86 mm, respectively. Within the 3 Stage option, each frame size has two reduction ratios to select from: - GP42-S available with 96:1 or 241:1 reduction ratio - GP56-T available with 101:1 or 256:1 reduction ratio
