Each material has specific properties that need to be taken into account in the forming process. We manufacture deep-drawn parts with a diameter of 2 to 80 mm and a length of up to 120 mm. We process material thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.50 mm. Pharmaceuticals and medical technology, industry, consumer and automotive: we are primarily active in these fast-growing sectors. We are not only specialists in deep drawing, but also know the industrial requirements and process chains. Depending on your requirements, we complement deep-drawing with numerous secondary finishing processes up to fully automated assembly systems.

Für die exklusiven Füllhalter, Kugelschreiber und Tintenroller eines Schreibgeräte-Herstellers fertigen wir mit Tiefziehtechnologie Aluminiumteile in Großserie.Angenehm liegen Füllhalter, Kugelschreiber und Tintenroller in der Hand, edel sehen sie aus. Die nahtlos aus Aluminium tiefgezogenen Deckel und Körper verleihen der Schreibgeräte-Edition einen exklusiven Look. Als der Hersteller plante, diese neue Edition auf den Markt zu bringen, ließ er sie eigens von einem bekannten Designer konzipieren. Da dieser jedoch keinerlei Augenmerk auf die Herstellbarkeit der Teile legte, stand der Kunde vor der großen Herausforderung, einen Lieferanten zu finden, der die Teile in Großserie produzieren konnte, ohne Abstriche beim Design machen zu müssen. Selbstverständlich muss bei einem so edlen Produkt jedes Bauteil ganz besonders hochwertig sein. Bei den Aluminiumteilen gilt es im Hinblick auf die Folgeprozesse vor allem darauf zu achten, dass die Oberflächen sauber sind.

Deep draw housings, rolled and formed housings. Multi stage drawing tools with auto transfer in-line tooling depending on design and production volume. Thick base with drawn sides. Zinc plate to EN ISO 2081, ASTM B633 standards and other specific to customer requirements, 72,96 & 720 hours salt spray tests.
